Actor, Hip Hop Artist, Artistic Director and Founder of P.A.R.T. Productions.
Travis Xavier was born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Tampa, FL. He holds an MFA in Classical Acting from the Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy for Classical Acting at The George Washington University and a BFA in Acting from Howard University.
In 2023, P.A.R.T. Productions, produced the inagural Negro Classical Cultural Carnival--a theatre festival that celebrates the history of the aptitude of African American creativity in the dramatic arts while showcasing local artists through partnering with community organizations. Travis has led professional development workshops and developed curriculums in arts education, advocacy and activism while serving as the Theatre for Change Manager at Imagination Stage. There he oversaw the Voices Beyond Bars program bringing arts programming to incarcerated youth in D.C. and Montgomery County, MD. Additionally, he works with the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police Department: Cadet Corps incorporating arts education into their core competencies framework to develop empathy in future law enforcement officers.
Scholastically, Travis has been a theatre and movement Professorial lecturer at Howard University, Bowie State University, The George Washington University, The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. Travis is also a resident Teaching Artist at the Shakespeare Theatre Co. | He also studied abroad with The British American Drama Academy (BADA) in association with Yale school of Drama: 2019 Midsummer in Oxford program at Magdalen College, Oxford University.

Travis hopes to continue his career as a performer while pioneering as artistic director of P.A.R.T. Productions. He has imagined a faith-based, multimedia production company and community outreach program that inspires and supports high-caliber fine arts in developing communities while leaving a Christian cultural legacy of unprecedented proportions. Travis centers his vision around the idea that,
